Internal Window Cleaning
All of our internal window cleaning operations can be scheduled to work around your needs. Sometimes it is not convenient for window cleaners to be operating during normal office hours in busy organisations so we are very flexible in when the work is carried out. We cater for after hours working during the evening, overnight or over weekends.
All internal windows, frames and windowsills are cleaned using traditional squeegee cleaning methods. This extends to partitioning glass, vison panels, glass balustrades, balcony glass and mirrors.
Atrium glass cleaning can be accommodated using access equipment provided in the building for the purpose and if that is not available then the hiring in and use of access platforms.
For high level curtain walling, where the use of ladders or reach and wash poles would be required, we can clean windows at height using a system called Dragonfly. Water is delivered through a telescopic pole to a microfiber pad on a swivelling mop plate from a backpack worn by the operative. The water is delivered in quantities that does not allow for spillage back down to the ground and as the water being used is pure it dries spot free.
External
Our cleaning is carried out quickly and safely from the ground using modern water fed poles.
Our vehicle is fitted with the Ionic Thermopure delivery system, providing heated pure water to our window cleaning poles. This cleans better than cold water and allows our operatives to clean windows in all weather conditions but particularly during the winter where the cold water system may freeze on contact or in the pipes.
The system operates a range of pole lengths from 15ft and all the way up to 60ft with the frames, glass and windowsills cleaned thoroughly every time. Each pole has a soft bristled brush which scrubs the dirt from the glass. Pure water delivered by jets through the brush rinses the surfaces and because of its purity, dries spot free.
This system works just as well on external building cladding, canopies, signs, fascias and soffits, Velux windows and roof mounted solar panels.
For extreme height or difficult to access cleaning, all of our operatives are IPAF trained and licenced. This means they are able to operate access platforms which enable them to get close to the windows for cleaning using the traditional squeegee cleaning methods. We can arrange a site survey with the equipment hiring company who can assess our requirement and will arrange the delivery and collection of the equipment to site in order for the work to take place.
We also offer cradle and abseil access cleaning.
